	BioS (30L-70L)

	BioS (30L~70L) is the pilot-scale fermentation system and which can be used for microbial, insect and mammalian cell culture procedures. The stainless steel (SUS316L) vessel and the whole attachments can be sterilized automatically or manually in this pilot scale fermentation system and the whole fermentation process can be also performed automatically. The integrated control board measures the whole sensor values and control the fermentor system based on the measured values. The whole procedures and monitored data are graphically displayed in the 8.5?color LCD screen and all the control parameters can be modified in the graphic mode. This system can be designed for the individual process requirements to apply the system from lab scale for the basic research, up to pilot scale for test production in the massproduction company.

It is very easy to operate, wash and make maintenance as it has the open frame structure and uses stainless steel(SUS316L) plate.
The pH, DO, temperature and rotation speed of the agitator are measured and controlled by the integrated controller system.
The sterilization procedure can be performed automatically and / or manually with the external steam supply or with the steam generator(optional).
The temperature of the vessel is measured by the RTD(Pt-100) and controlled by the digital PID control algorithm.
The special culture processes such as tissue culture, animal cell culture and insect cell culture can be performed with the connection of additional devices.
The air driven diaphragm style valve protects from contamination and easy to wash and make maintenance.
